Creamy, salty feta cheese fills these crisp, grass-green Halkidikis olives. The resulting contrast of flavor, texture and white-on-green appearance is striking in the bowl and complex but delicious on the tongue—perfect alone or as an unusual addition to salads.

Packed in a light coating of oil; please refrigerate.
