Green olives with pimiento are made in Greece and Spain with high speed pitting and stuffing machines. The pimiento (red peppers) are ground into a paste and mixed with gelatin and other stabilizers and extruded in long strings that are then fed into the stuffing machine.
Stuffed with the slightly sweet Pimiento pepper, the versatile classic is perfect for healthy snacks, picnics, tailgating or on pizza and pasta dishes.
Packed in brine or in a delicate dressing of olive oil; please refrigerate.
