A lightly acidic olive with moderately firm flesh, the Black Greek is ideal for dips, salads or puttanesca (olive) pasta sauce. Ours are pitted for ease of use in the kitchen, so employ them liberally on pizzas and anywhere a strong but not overpowering black olive is required.
Packed in brine or in a delicate dressing of olive oil; please refrigerate.
