Kalamata Pitted olives

A lightly acidic olive with moderately firm flesh, a pitted version of the popular Kalamata is ideal for dips, salads or puttanesca (olive) pasta sauce. Ours are pitted for ease of use in the kitchen, so employ them liberally on pizzas, pasta, sauses and salads.

Packed in brine or in a delicate dressing of olive oil; please refrigerate.

All products are available upon request at any packaging the customer prefers.
