Giardiniera

Giardiniera is a relish of mixed pickled vegetables. Traditionally, giardiniera includes cauliflower, sweet red peppers, crinkle-cut carrots, pitted green olives, gherkins and celery. The pickled vegetables are marinated in oil, red- or white-wine vinegar, herbs and spices.

Giardiniera is typically served as a side dish or on sandwiches or as a condiment. We usually eat it as part of antipasti or charcuterie platter or with salads and it can made either sweet or spicy.

Packed in brine or in a delicate dressing of olive oil.

All products are available upon request at any packaging the customer prefers.
