Peppers are harvested at 2-3" and are great for pickling. They add zing to salads and for sweet, mild salsas. Excells in cold climates with short seasons! Pepperoncini is very popular for pickling. It is found in pizzerias, salad bars and sandwich shops.
Packed in brine or in a delicate dressing of olive oil; please refrigerate.
